A Wizards Staff has a knob on the end
Well I for one cannot say for sure how well it works, with the exception of observing the reactions of the lady I purchased it for.
But as a gentleman, I cannot kiss and tell.
However, other ladies Ive encountered- have mentioned that theyve managed to wear out the low setting on the switch installed on the device. And Ive had correspondance with one lady who has managed to burn out, no less than seven 7! of these devices in less than 12 months.

I started my toy collection with Doc Johnsons Pocket Rocket. This is a good one for a beginner to get used to the vibrations. It is also good to get into the nooks and cranny areas of your...ahem. But...it lacks power.
I then moved to the Rabbit Habbit. I don like that due to the penetration. I have never ever been able to use it. It is too big and uncomfortable.
I finally did my research and found the Hitachi Magic Wand. It is solely for external clitoral stimulation. When I got it in the mail, I was like What is this thing? LOL. It is HUGE at first sight. You wonder why it is so big and how you will be able to maneuver it. It just takes a few times to become comfortable. I will admit, the electrical currents of the vibrations were VERY strong at first almost uncomfortable for me? but after use with a towel, I slowly built up to the pressure.

My Magic Wand arrived within a couple of days, and was about $51.00 and some change. This thing is amazing for pulverizing away neck and shoulder tension and tension headaches in the temple areas. Its good for sinus pain around the cheekbones and bridge of the nose blah, blah, blah, etc.
My favorite way to use it is for clitoral stimulation, and no other vibrator Ive ever used has given me such a degree of sexual pleasure. The low setting is enough to get the job done for me. Yes, it is bulky and noisy, but who cares when it delivers the best orgasm youll ever have? I heard this was the Cadillac of magic wands, so I bought it for my wife. She totally LOVES it! So I bought this *ahem* massager a few months ago and absolutely love it! To give a little context, Im a hetero female in my early 20s, kind of a novice when it comes to sex toys. Prior to purchase, I had been hearing about the Magic Wand over the past few years in a variety of feminist and womens interest blogs. I had only used small dildos or vibrators and didn care for them so much. So I went and read the reviews/testimonials online but didn order because I felt intimidated by it; it looked huge and I feared I wouldn like the strong vibrations. A month or two ago the curiosity was just killing me, so I gave in.
It was perfection. Once I hit the right spot youll find it easily just by moving the head around, youll know, orgasm. Multiple. Only downside is after a lot of continuous use it can feel itchy. I haven had any problems with the cord, though I can see where the problem may originate. The cord/base is kind of cheaply made. Im sure reinforcing it with electrical tape will mitigate damage from regular use. It would be easier to use without a cord, but I love that I don have to worry about changing any batteries.
Ill admit, I probably don use it as much as I should because Im in a LTR. Its size is a little intimidating to bring into the bedroom, especially if your partner isn into sex toys or even possibly offended by its presence. Barring this, I think its great for for-play and may even work as a unisex toy.
